This challenging workout focuses on strength and resistance movements, interspersed with bursts of cardio to build muscle while keeping your heart rate in the fat-burning zone. A variety of equipment and exercise techniques will be used to make you stronger, increase your endurance, and improve your speed and agility. Let’s get AMP’d! All levels welcome.
